Hobsons Bay 360 #12: School Readiness Programs
Hobsons Bay offers a variety of family and parenting support programs and forums.
These range from practical parenting sessions, parenting groups to counselling and/or advice, all of which aim to provide support to parents and families in Hobsons Bay, building more resilient children and ultimately a stronger Hobsons Bay community.
In 2022/23 we engaged 325 families who participated in a variety of parent education forums, including:
- Kindergarten Readiness
- School Preparation & Transition
- How Sport Can Develop Resilience in Children
- Raising and Emotionally Intelligent Child
- School Readiness
- ASD & Behaviour Support
- Managing Temper Tantrums
- Parenting Children Who Worry
