Memories of Migration and Home

Join us for a storytelling workshop where you will write and share personal stories that may explore ideas of home and migration.

We encourage you to bring personal and family photos that may help in telling your story, or an object from home that is special to you.

Facilitator Jasmeet Sahi will lead the workshop with a series of storytelling and writing exercises that involve images and words.

No prior writing experience is required. The workshop will be led in English. 

After the workshop, if you like, your photos can be scanned and given to you on a free USB.

With the consent of the writer, stories shared in the workshop will be published on Hobsons Bay Libraries online platforms.
