A Little Bit of Blue: School Holiday Special
A Little Bit of Blue is an interactive puppetry show that invites children and families to become detectives for a day.
Help unravel a mystery while learning about the extraordinary habits of the Australian Satin Bowerbird – and why they are so fascinated by the colour blue.
The award-winning Little Wing Puppets have performed to over 50,000 children and in numerous festivals, theatres and country halls across Australia, as well as overseas.
Seating is limited in this charming heritage venue – book early to secure your spot.
Puppetry of Paper workshop
How many things can you do with a piece of paper? This workshop is based on Bunraku-style puppetry, a traditional Japanese form of theatre.
Workshop participants will work in groups to make a unique puppet out of paper and learn techniques for bringing their puppet to life, as a team.
All materials supplied. Suitable for children aged 3 and up, accompanied by an adult.
