Rates Direct Debit

We are introducing a new direct debit system called Flexipay, which will allow you to schedule payments on a date that suits you. 

While we transition to this new system, we are not taking registrations for the previous direct debit system.

If you wish to register your interest in Flexipay, please email rates@hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au, providing the following information:

  • Your name
  • Property assessment number (found on your rates notice)
  • Property address
  • Mobile number

Flexipay is expected in May 2024. We will record your details and contact you as soon as it is available.
