Do you want to be more connected to your local natural environments? The nature for health and wellbeing program will be offering monthy events between April and September to improve your health and wellbeing whilst getting out in nature with other locals.

You can book into a single event, or join a two part series over two Saturdays every month.

  • Full program: A commitment to attend sessions on a Thursday twice a month from April to September is essential.
  • Bi-monthly sessions: two Saturday sessions each month from April to September. These can be booked on a month to month basis.
  • Monthly sessions: single sessions held once a month on a Saturday from April to September. These can be booked on a month to month basis.

This nature connection program includes:

  • Nature walks
  • Mindfulness practices
  • Art technique workshops
  • Local plant, animal and ecosystem knowledge
  • And more

Please note that this program for people aged 16 and over will require a willingness to spend some time in nature, in all kinds of weather, allowing nature to work its magic.
