Join us as we celebrate NAIDOC week with the theme 'A special day For our Elders about our Elders'.

The Yarrabah Cultural Dancers - 10am to 10.30am

Come and shake a leg with the Yarrabah dancers.

Share in their culture and skill as we celebrate NAIDOC week.

Yarrabah is the traditional country of the Gunggandji and Yidinji people.

Yarrabah Shire is a coastal community of around 4000 people and Hobson's bay City council sister city.

A special day For our Elders about our Elders - 11am to 11.25am

Join us for a walk and a read under the Story Tree.

Bring a young friend for a film and a free cuppa tea.

Enjoy an exhibition of poetry.

Film title - 1788 Waruwi. Waruwi is an Aboriginal girl looking after her cheeky Nana while the rest of her extended family is away from camp. It's just for a day but what a day it turns out to be.

Family friendly, the film will start at 11am and runs for 24min.
