Hobsons Bay 360 #3: Making accessing Council easier with Council+

Council+ brings together library services and council customer services to multiple sites across Hobsons Bay. Now, when you visit any Council+ service site, you can ask staff questions not only about our library services, but also organise anything from upsizing your bin to paying your rates.

Since May 2022, we’ve made it easy for over 9,200 residents to access Council services as we have assisted them with enquiries ranging from: 

• animal registrations
• kindergarten enquiries
• parking permits
• Maternal Child Health
• paper bag trial
• waste, bins and recycling and
• rates.
