Construction sites

Where building or construction work is to be undertaken on a property, builders, contractors and property owners will be required to comply with Council's Community Local Law 2025 and the Building Site Code of Practice.

This includes requirements to maintain the site clear of rubbish, fencing, tree protection, skip bins and avoiding damage to footpaths, nature strips, streets and Council assets. Failure to comply with the Community Local Law may result in the issue of an infringement.
