Apartments, units and townhouses

Unlike residential properties, commercial properties are not required to use Council’s waste and recycling service, however you can choose to opt-in to our service if it suits your waste needs.
Some community properties and not-for-profit organisations who are not required to pay rates are eligible to access Council's waste and recycling service, including a free allocation of bins and annual hard waste collection in some circumstances.
