The vision for Mary Street Reserve is an integrated flexible public space which will include a range of passive, interactive and relaxing elements for the whole community. The landscape design aims to:

Provide a targeted approach to improving the provision, capacity, quality and access of open space.
To help improve the character and recreational opportunities in the local area.
To create a space that deals with the increasing demands into the future.

Project Update

Procurement for the open space construction works is nearing completion and will be presented to Council for endorsement.

Subject to Council endorsement, it is currently anticipated that construction works will commence mid to late August 2026 and be completed in February 2027.
