Missed bin collection - commercial
If your assigned bin was out the front of your business by 6am on collection day and has not been emptied by 4pm, you can report a missed bin collection.
You have two business days after your scheduled collection day to report a missed bin. If it has been longer than two business days, please wait until your next scheduled collection day.
We may not be able to return to pick up your bin if it was inaccessible, contaminated, or not out in time.
Before you start
- Check to see if your neighbours' bins have been collected. Sometimes our trucks take a different route and may not collect your bin at its usual time.
- Check your waste collection dates. Rubbish (red lid) is collected weekly, mixed recycling (yellow lid) and food and garden waste (light green lid) bins alternate fortnightly, while your glass (purple lid) is collected monthly.
