Missed bin collection - business

If the waste truck has missed the bin assigned to your business, please report only if it is after 4pm.

You have two business days after your scheduled collection day to report a missed bin. If it has been longer than two business days please wait until your next scheduled collection day.

Please note that you need to put your bin out by 6am on the collection day. We may not be able to return to pick up your bin if it was not out in time. 

Before you start 

  • check to see if your neighbours' bins have been collected. Sometimes our trucks take a different route and may not collect your bin at its usual time
  • ensure it is the correct collection day.
