Seniors Exercise Park, Spotswood
Opened in 2023, the refurbished Donald McLean Reserve in Spotswood includes specialised outdoor exercise equipment (seniors exercise park) for older people to engage in physical and social activities.
The equipment aims to help older people improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.
