Youth Fest

Victorian Youth Fest is an exciting month-long celebration held across the state every year in September. It's an opportunity to champion the creativity and ideas of young people.  

As part of Victoria’s Youth Fest, we celebrate young people in Hobsons Bay through a variety of youth-focused activities and events. In 2025, these included:

  • Youth Con
  • LGBTIQA+ Youth Soiree
  • Westside Open Studio Sessions
  • Mental Health First Aid for 18-25 year olds
  • Spring school holiday activities and more

Check back here mid-August for details of the Youth Fest program.

We will be seeking expressions of interest from young creatives and performers who would like to be involved in Youth Con. Opportunities range from holding a market stall, music/ dance performers, DJs, contributors to our photography, fine arts and digital arts exhibition.
