Counselling
Free short-term mental health counselling is available to young people ages 12-25 years who live, work or study in Hobsons Bay.
Counselling can help young people experiencing the following challenges:
- Family conflict
- School / study stress
- Social / relationship issues
- Bullying
- Self-esteem issues
- Anxiety / depression
Counselling offers young people a safe and non-judgmental space to feel heard and supported. Our trained counsellors work with young people and their families to address their concerns and build resources to help them overcome challenges.
