Amiable Care Provider is a registered NDIS provider based in Seabrook, supporting people with disability throughout Hobsons Bay and Melbourne’s western suburbs.
We provide person-centred services tailored to each participant’s goals, preferences and assessed needs. Our services include community nursing care, high-intensity and daily personal support, household tasks, travel and transport assistance, life-skills development, community participation, group activities and supported independent living.
Our team includes registered nurses and qualified disability support workers who hold the required worker screening and safety clearances. Professional and self-referrals are welcome. Availability, service suitability and commencement timeframes are confirmed through our intake and assessment process.
