Important update about rates notices
The current version of the Election Period Policy (v4.0) was adopted by Council at the 14 November 2023 meeting.An update to the Local Government Act 2020 in June 2024 altered the legislated starting date for the election period, so the date has been changed in the policy (mentioned in section 5) to reflect this. No other alterations have been made.
