Recycling drop-off day: Household chemicals

Do you have household chemicals piling up that you don't know what to do with? 

Bring these tricky items to our next drop-off day for safe disposal and recycling. Common household chemical items include: 

• bleach
• butane gas canisters
• cleaning products
• coolant and brake fluid
• fertiliser
• fire extinguishers (red only)
• fuels
• hand sanitiser
• insect sprays and pesticides
• machine oil and lubricant
• nail polish remover
• paint stripper
• photography chemicals
• pool chemicals (chlorine, salt)
• rodent poison
• thinners
• turpentine
• wood finishes

Please note we can only accept household quantities of chemicals on this drop-off day (not commercial quantities). 

We will also be accepting batteries and vapes.
