Current Exhibition: 'Mug Metamorphosis' by Naomi Thorpe
Mug Metamorphosis traces a slow, uneven shift in mental outlook through cyanotypes on dried teabags, daily photography and layered text from personal journals and Franz Kafka.
Set against Hobsons Bay’s swamps, lakes and beaches, it reflects on isolation, ritual and impermanence. Using sunlight and repurposed materials, the work links sustainability with mindfulness, inviting reflection on nature’s cycles and the evolving landscapes of thought.
