Hobsons Bay seniors invited to connect at service expo

Older residents and their families in Hobsons Bay will have the chance to learn more about services available to support independent living at the upcoming Senior Services Expo.
The free event is open for older residents, carers, family members or supporters on Thursday 26 March from 10am to 2pm at the Laverton Community Hub.
The expo is an opportunity to learn about Council’s services for older people, meet friendly Council staff and ask questions with answers individually tailored.
Council staff can provide information on the various services and programs available, including:
The services are available to eligible residents aged 65 and over, or for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people aged 50-plus.
No registration is required, just turn up on the day and learn some new and important information. Tea and coffee will also be provided.
