We're conducting a community satisfaction survey to better understand what matters most to our community and how we can continue to improve local services.

The survey is managed by an independent market research agency. Calls will be made by TKW Research until the end of March to randomly selected residents.

Every Victorian council is required by the state government to conduct this survey.

The survey includes a range of questions designed to understand community perceptions of Council’s performance in delivering important services.

If you get the call, participation is completely voluntary, and all responses are confidential.

If you are contacted, we encourage you to take part in the survey - your feedback will help shape the services and programs that matter most to our community.

How are phone numbers chosen?

TKW Research is contacting people using phone numbers sourced from a reputable Australian data provider. The phone numbers are not drawn from Council databases.

These contact details come from publicly available and permission-based sources and are commonly used for research and statistical studies.

These sources typically include information individuals have provided in the course of everyday activities, such as registering for services, subscriptions, directories, or other lawful data collection processes.

If you have any questions, please call our customer service team on 1300 179 944.
