Have your say to shape Council’s library and community centres

We want to hear from the community as we review our community hubs, customer and library services to make sure we're providing the best experience possible. 

A survey is live at Participate Hobsons Bay until 29 April, with community feedback encouraged. 

The survey will highlight what the community thinks is working well and what could be improved at our libraries, hubs and centres. 

The review is about improving accessibility, consistency and overall experience. 

Feedback will inform how services are delivered across libraries, customer service centres, community hubs, phone and digital channels. 

Findings from the community engagement will be combined with staff insights, service data and benchmarking to inform practical recommendations. 

Eligible survey participants will go in the draw to win one of three $50 gift vouchers (terms and conditions apply).
