Issues paying rates notice in-person at AusPost

We are aware of an issue with the barcodes on our latest rates notices not scanning at Australia Post outlets.

If you need to pay in person, you can do so at any Council+ centre. Find your nearest Council+ centre.

Alternatively, you can pay using any of the phone or online options listed on your rates notice.
