Problem Gambling on EGMs Policy Statement

In 2021-22, $34.8 million was lost on electronic gaming machines (EGMs) in Hobsons Bay, translating to $129,479 per day. 

Council is concerned about the impact of gambling harm. This policy statement defines our position on EGMs proposed within Hobsons Bay and sets out our commitment to minimising the negative impacts of EGM gambling for our community.
