Cr Kellander is dedicated to making Hobsons Bay a great place to live, work and play. She is a chartered accountant, holding a bachelor’s degree in business. She is committed to prioritising transparency, honesty and accountability, while ensuring that all community voices are heard. This is her second term on Council, having served as Mayor in 2024-25 and Deputy Mayor in 2020-21.
