Council+ review
We’re reviewing our community hubs, customer and library services to make sure we're providing the best experience possible. We want to hear from you about what's working well and what could be improved — from how effortless it is to get help, to how consistent services feel across different locations.
To provide feedback visit: Council+ Review | Participate Hobsons Bay. The survey is open until Wednesday 29 April.

Easier and more convenient access to Council services
We have made it easier for the community to access Council services, and all you need to do is visit your local library or Community Centre.
Council+ brings together library services and council customer services to multiple sites across Hobsons Bay.
Next time you visit one of the below locations, you can ask staff questions not only about our library services, but also organise anything from upsizing your bin to paying your rates.*
Our friendly team will be able to find the answer to your question or put you in touch with the right person.
While this is an important expansion of our services, it does not change the fantastic offerings at our five local libraries.
Council delivers more than 100 services to the community every month. The addition of library service centres simply means many residents and businesses will be able to access these services in person, closer to home and our thriving shopping hubs.
We are also launching our Centres of Excellence, which will turn each Council+ service centre into a hub of specialist knowledge in areas covering Heritage, Technology, and the Environment with expert staff on hand to help you dive deeply into your areas of interest.
*Note: Cash payments will only be available at the Civic Centre. Eftpos will be available at all other Council+ service centres.
