Our four strategic documents work together to set the path for the services and programs we deliver for our community.

All documents work towards helping us achieve our Community Vision, which has been updated and is now setting our dream for Hobsons Bay for 2040.

Tracking our progress

Council reports on the progress of the initiatives quarterly and all actions in the Council Plan annually through the Annual Report. 

Annual Community Survey

Council also undertakes an Annual Community Survey to track the community's perception on how Council is performing in delivering the needs of the community. The results of the survey are used to inform the planning for the upcoming year.
