Summer school holiday activity: URBNSURF

Join Hobsons Bay Youth Services this summer and learn to surf at URBNSURF. You’ll work with an expert instructor to learn the basics, build confidence and catch some waves.
No experience necessary. Transport to the venue and back is provided.
Who: 12-17 year olds (high school)
What to bring: Bring bathers and a change of clothes. Surfboards and wetsuits provided.
Additional info: Meet at Newport Community Hub. Snacks and lunch provided.
Note: This is a partially supervised activity. Attendees must be able to swim without assistance. Youth Services staff will be present at the activity, but participants will have the freedom to enjoy the venue at their own pace. Please consider if this activity is suitable for your young person.
Registrations open 11 December 2025. Selected applicants will be contacted by 6 January 2026 to confirm activity with payment details.
