Nocturnal tours in Hobsons Bay

Next date: Friday, 27 February 2026 | 07:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Lesser Long eared bat

Most of our local mammals are nocturnal, which means we rarely get to see them. This includes animals like bats, possums, rakali and non-mammals such as owls. Join us for a night of spotlighting and bat surveys to be able to see some of Hobsons Bay's nocturnal animals. This event is free of charge but registrations are essential.

There are two different nights to choose from and location details will be provided upon registration.
