Presented as part of the Hobsons Bay 2023 Mayoral program, the Western Rainbow Awards celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community in Melbourne's West.

Announced on 6 October 2023 at the Williamstown Town Hall, the Western Rainbow Awards support, develop and amplify LGBTIQA+ communities, in Hobsons Bay, and across the western region
