26 June 2023 Unscheduled Council Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider an urgent matter which, under section 11.3 of the Hobsons Bay Governance Rules, the Chief Executive Officer has designated as confidential in accordance with subsection 66(2)(a), subsection 3(1)(a) and subsection 3(1)(g) of the Local Government Act 2020 as it relates to Council business information and private commercial information.
