Williamstown Botanic Garden 165th garden party

Celebrate 165 years of the beautiful heritage-listed Williamstown Botanic Gardens.

Come and celebrate the rich heritage of the gardens, which has hosted community gatherings since the early 1900s. This year’s celebration honours that tradition by inviting the community to enjoy a spring day in the gardens with a relaxed, family-friendly picnic atmosphere.

• live music including the Hobsons Bay Band
• informative talks
• a plant sale
• art activities
• guided tours
• vintage photo booth
• fancy teas
• lawn games
  
  Local groups, including the Williamstown Historical Society, will host information tables, and our heritage librarian will be available to digitise community photographs related to the gardens.
