Creative Kids Afternoons

Creative Kids Afternoons is a fortnightly children’s art workshop at Woods Street Arts Space. These free sessions are designed for kids aged 5 to 12, however younger siblings are welcome to join in.

The workshops are in a relaxed atmosphere where young people are encouraged to prioritise play and sensory discovery in a small group setting.

Each workshop is child-led within a theme, allowing kids to be as creative as they like.

5 March - Badge making
19 March - Autumn leaves
2 April - Easter
30 April - Cardboard creations
14 May - Homemade playdough
28 May - Stencils
11 June - Mirror drawings
25 June - Collage
23 July - Winter

Spaces are limited, so please register online. All parents are required to stay with their child/ren and are encouraged to get involved with the creative fun. Tea and coffee are available.

Woods Street allows creative play across inside and outside spaces, so we love taking advantage of making outside whenever the weather allows.
