Code with your Kids

Code with your kids.jpg

Want to teach your children how to code but don't know how or where to start?

In this session led by library staff, you and your child will learn the basics of ‘word block coding’ through a free program called Scratch.

You can then take this knowledge home and continue to develop the coding skills.

For ages 8-12 and their parents/carers.

One booking includes a seat for one child and one parent/carer. Parents/carers are expected to participate in this program along with their child'.

BOOKINGS

Please note: that a parent or caregiver is required to stay in the library and supervise any children under the age of 12.
