Seaworks Winter Solstice 2024

SEAWORKS WINTER SOLSTICE FESTIVAL: CELEBRATING MARITIME HERITAGE, ART, GIANT PUPPETS, CIRCUS PERFORMANCES, FOOD, AND MUCH MORE.

The Seaworks Winter Solstice Festival is a FREE event celebrating the longest night and the shortest day of the year, marking the start of the winter season.

The festival has its roots in ancient traditions and has been celebrated by different cultures around the world for thousands of years. It is often associated with the rebirth of the sun and the return of light after the darkness of winter.

The festival promises to be an exciting and entertaining event for all ages. Visitors can expect a range of activities, including giant puppets, circus performances, live music, and dance. The festival also features art exhibitions, market stalls, and a variety of food and wine vendors.
