How to repair a leaking tap

This is a two hour short session on how to repair a leaking tap. Participants will be provided, for use at the course, with props and tools for the job and will be issued with notes.

Under the guidance of our knowledgeable Instructors participants will learn how to:

• turn off the water mains and know what to do if it doesn't stop running;
• change a washer, o-ring and body washer in a laundry / bathroom tap and garden tap;
• change a mixer tap cartridge;
• handy tips for changing washers, o-rings, cartridges and body washers;
• how to change a shower head;
• understanding the different types of consumables needed and available; and
•  what tools you'll need to complete the job.
