A robust emergency management plan is an essential tool for managing and delivering safe and successful events. 

In this workshop participants will learn how to analyse an event or festival to create an emergency management plan.

Led by experienced Events Consultant Emily O'Brien, this workshop will help you lay the foundations for your next event. 

Topics include:

• What is an emergency management plan?

• Understanding what to include in an emergency management plan

• Working through the creation of the documents

• Site plans and specifying emergency access and assembly points

• Emergency evacuation areas

• Incident response procedures

• Training staff on emergency protocols
