Little Kids’ Day In – First Peoples

Join us at Scienceworks as we celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day with a special day of activities, storytelling and performances dedicated to Koorie people, knowledge, stories and culture.

• Explore First Peoples constellations with free Storytelling under the Stars sessions in the Melbourne Planetarium
• Get involved in traditional and contemporary dance performances with special performer announced soon!
• Join in Aboriginal art activities from Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre
• Come to face to face with some live Australian Animals from our Live Exhibits team including lizards, snakes and frogs!
• Join in Baby Sensory sessions for babies aged 0 – 13 months, and the Book Nook and storytelling with Hobsons Bay Libraries!

Little Kids' Day In on Monday 2 August will be a fun day especially for kids aged 5 and under, their parents and carers.
