Light Ability in Laverton

LAIL-Media-release-image

Young adults of the Stepping Forward to Independence (SFTI) program have created an immersive art exhibition, Light Ability in Laverton, that will lighten up the Wood Street Art Space throughout May and June. Assisting the young adults is, Skunk Control, a creative studio from Melbourne’s west. Both groups have teamed up to create and assemble a light-based exhibition that explores light, colour and how nature (as demonstrated through flora and fauna) utilises and interacts with light to create colour and spectacle. The exhibition will engage day and night and is designed to encourage discovery and provide dollops of wonderment.
