Missed bin collection - Business

If the waste truck has missed the bin assigned to your business, you can log a missed bin request online within the next business day and arrange a make-up bin collection. 

Please note that you need to put your bin out by 6am on the collection day. We may not be able to return to pick up your bin if it was not out in time. 

Before you start 

  • check to see if your neighbours' bins have been collected. Sometimes our trucks take a different route and may not collect your bin at its usual time
  • ensure it is the correct collection day.
