Find a planning application in Greenlight

Council has released a third Community Support Package which includes measures to help alleviate financial pressures on local businesses and community organisations that are being impacted by the COVID19 pandemic. Included in this package is the waiver of planning application fees until the end of the 2020/21 financial year for the proposals for the following applicants:

  • Existing small businesses impacted by the pandemic

  • New small start-up businesses

  • Community groups

  • Sporting clubs

Applications for large development proposals are not eligible.

Council has expanded on its Greenlight Planning, Building and Parking Permit Modules to allow applicants to lodge and keep track of applications for:

  • road opening/occupation
  • vehicle crossings
  • skip bin permits

The system aims to embrace on-line benefits of lodgement, information transfer and payments to provide a higher level of customer service for residents and applicants of the Council.

These permits are required as part of the Council's Local Laws, if you fail to make the appropriate application prior to undertaking works or locating a skip bin, you may be subject to enforcement action.

Greenlight Assets Permit Management System
