Hobsons Bay has an extensive networks of parks that are highly valued by the community and visitors. Council undertakes a range of ongoing improvements from play ground upgrades to foreshore protection works to ensure open space is enhanced for all to enjoy.

Coastal and Marine Management Plan

Council is developing a coastal and marine management plan to guide the future use, development and management of all foreshore areas within the municipality.

Routine land surveys for closed landfill sites

We are performing routine land surveys to test the gases underneath the surface at closed landfill sites throughout the municipality.
