All Council meetings are open to the public, whether they are held in person at the Hobsons Bay Civic Centre or online.
The Council Meeting on 13 September 2022 will be held in person in the Hobsons Bay Civic Centre starting at 7pm.
Seating is limited. The meeting will be live streamed for those members of the public that would like to watch from home.
Public questions will be received for all Council Meetings (except the Council Meeting for the Election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor). Public questions must be received by 12 noon on the day prior to the Council meeting. All questions will receive a written response, however for the question to be read out by the Chairperson at the Council meeting, the questioner will need to be in attendance. Agendas for each Council meeting are made available on Council’s website on the Friday prior to the Tuesday-evening meeting. To find out when a Council meeting is scheduled, see the timetable.
Live stream footage and a podcast of the meeting are available on Council’s website within 48 hours of the Council meeting.
Minutes of Council meetings are made publicly available in the week following the meeting.
