Step into a space where connection begins—with yourself, your community, and the natural world around you. CONNECT Williamstown is a weekly 8am-9am Saturday morning gathering designed to make community connections, nourish your mind, body, and spirit through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

CONNECT is bringing people together to combat loneliness and create authentic local connection through shared experiences in wellness, movement, and mindfulness.

Each week is lovingly held by Nicole Thompson, your consistent host and community guide, who will welcome you into the tranquil beauty of The Healing Garden. While Nicole holds the space, you’ll be supported by a different local well-being practitioner each week—offering a unique opportunity to experience diverse healing modalities and the powerful energy that comes from working with different practitioners. It’s a beautiful way to discover what resonates with you and to connect with a wider circle of local wellness.

Whether you're coming alone or with a friend, this welcoming hour invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and show up exactly as you are.

No prior experience needed—just bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease. Expect light movement, guided mindfulness, and time to simply be, surrounded by like-hearted souls.
