Maternal and Child Health Nurse

The MCH Nurse operates out of the centre by appointment on Wednesday to Friday.

Justice of the Peace

JP Services are currently available at document signing stations or by appointment with a local JP.

If you are seeking JP services, please visit the Justice department website to search for a signing station or find a JP in your area or call the Seabrook Community Centre on 03 9932 3010.

A Justice of the Peace is able to witness oaths or affidavits, take statutory declarations and affirmations, witness signatures, attest the execution of a document and certify a true copy of an original document  

 

Tax help

Tax help is an approved ATO program that is offered between August and October to eligible low income earners. Call the centre on 9932 3010 to check eligibility or for an appointment.
