International Women's Day 2023
International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated around the world on 8 March to acknowledge the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women – while also marking a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
The United Nation's theme for International Women’s Day 2023 is #EmbraceEquity with the campaign theme seeking to get the world talking about why "equal opportunities are no longer enough" - and can in fact be exclusionary, rather than inclusive.
