The Harrington Square Street Art Project was completed in July 2023 by western region artist Justine McAllister.

The design concept was developed through engagement with local traders, and Justine's artwork references the natural environment and Altona skipper butterfly.

Council worked with award-winning street art network Juddy Roller to commission the work, after they were appointed to manage major street art projects by the former Arts and Culture Portfolio Advisory Committee.
