From jazzy hip hop to ancient stories made new — we partnered with Family Jams to bring family-friendly live music to venues around Hobsons Bay throughout winter 2024.
Family Jams brings the best of Melbourne's original, live music scene to kids, young people and their elders, making these gigs the perfect opportunity for all ages to come together.
The free gigs featured Nikodimos and Adrian Eagle, Charlie Needs Braces, David Arden with the Australian Art Orchestra, Mindy Meng Wang, DJ Sikander and local emerging bands.
With beat-making workshops for teens, and storytime from masters of ancient music traditions, there was something for everyone.
