Laverton Edge

Every Wednesday starting 3 May, 5pm to 7pm

Laverton Edge is part of the Western Edge’s Community Edge Ensemble program. It is a free program open to any young person in Hobsons Bay aged 13-30, especially those experiencing structural disadvantage.

They will employ Lead and Support Artists from the Hobsons Bay community and greater Western suburbs to creatively lead and devise a theatrical performance with young participants over a 19 week period. Young people will engage in collaborative art-making in free weekly sessions, building towards the large-scale performance outcome to be held at Wood Street Arts Space in Laverton.
