The Truganina Swamp is a large expanse of wetlands and salt marsh where you can really capture some incredible images. It almost has a moonscape feel in some areas, and lovely winding trails through the grasslands towards the Laverton Creek. The rusty old metal bridge made from an old walkway in one of the local factories serves as a point of interest from any angle.

Keep walking along the Laverton Creek and you will cross Queen Street towards the 100 Steps of Federation with gorgeous city views.
